The Coffee Room

This was described as a Kioske and I dont think that is a fair description. Kioske to me insinuates that you grab-​n-​go and it is not a spot for lingering, with little to no seating. This spot was not this at all.
Upon climbing up to the 5^th floor of The One to find, this spot does not really have a designated business slot and occupies «space» up on the fifth floor. There are quite a few tables to relax and enjoy your joe.
I just had coffee, which was a high quality, mild brew (encouraged to be drunk without milk or sugar when I ordered with both in light of the quality bean). They also have a variety of sweet treats as well, like cookies and cakes.
The staff (which seemed like a family affair) could not have been more welcoming, friendly and grateful for my business really. A huge welcome from 50 feet away before I even reached the counter. Kind of a nice touch! What was most impressive was that after I was done with my coffee and still lingering reading my magazine, a staff member came over to retrieve my mug and provided me a glass of water to enjoy, without even asking. Again, kind of nice touch that did not go unnoticed. Customer service can often make the whole experience and is a sometimes lost art.
I would go back!
