An early dinner with few friends before sport, we arrived at 6ish. Many empty tables there even it was Sun.
Meat lovers of coz ordered many meat. We chose mussels as our starter, it was yum. My frds said the sauce was quite salty, but it’s ok to me, maybe I am ‘heavy taste” lol. Then we went to our mains of mixed grill platter and NZ sirloin. It was very enough for 4ppl. They have 3 special sauces for the steak. All are good. You must have to try

I’m updating this (still a 5 star!) to reflect my experience during the dinner time. For my lunch experience, my previous review is still relevant.
First, very nice experience catering all our needs. I called to reserve a table, I told them it gonna be a table for two, but since I still had my beer card for the self-​serving tap, I asked if they could reserve me the table with the tap. We had the whole table when we arrived, even though it was a table for six people, at least. Couldn’t complain at all.
We ordered the Mushroom Garlic Toast, the Pumpkin Soup and the Black and Blue Burger, to share. Not a whole lot of food apparently, but we’d rather enjoy more drinks.
Ironic enough, my partner wanted to order cocktail instead of drinking beer right next to us (she’s really happy pouring the beer off the tap for me though…), and she wanted a more «milky» mixed instead of a sour mixed. We asked the manager if the bartender could make it a drink off menu, with Baileys as the based liquor. We ended up having a very nicely mixed bespoke cocktail for her.
The mushroom garlic toast and the pumpkin soup were great. The Black and Blue Burger was amazing as always. Definitely live up to the standard of Wooloomooloo Group. The cheesy background music from the 90s? Oh, only if I can give them a 6 star!

Great happy hour special. Love the outdoor seating. Did’t get the beer card since everyone would have to drink the same thing then. We didn’t get the burger either. Just ordered a few things to share and talked the night away with friends. Service was a bit slow — not sure if it was because we sat outside.

Amazing interior, great menu selection.
I ordered the BBQ Bacon Burger medium well, I cut my burger in half to find it was raw.
Asked for them to take it back, they took the cut burger bun and all and grilled the edges, gave it back it was still raw.
By the time I «received» a burger back (3 times of sending it back), everyone at the table was 100% done and they never even apologized.
I might try this again.
