Tao Yuen Hotpot Restaurant

My colleague emphasis they serve high quality seafood here. We always went as a group of 10+. The beer girl is more than happy to see us, haha.
The story began as three owners of this hotpot restaurant knew each other since childhood. All of their family business are related to market, one for vegetables, one for meat and one has some background on seafood. Hence quality guaranteed. All fish freshly caught and delivered on-​day. Not sure if they still source their food from their own family business supply. Just a glimpse you can tell how picky their procurement could possibly be!
They also serve wagyu, Japanese kurobuta, etc. which are imported. Their high-​end seafood covers geoduck, abalone… offered in reasonable price. Sashimi or hotpot style are always available. They just make sure everything they serve here is a bit more advanced than others. Even their Udon noodle is 日清讚岐!!
One thing I fancy Tao Yuen is its hotpot experience there. Due to its newly opened (less than 3 years), the brightness and cleanness distinguished from those traditional Chinese restaurant hotpot. More friendly and better prepared small little plate. It opened three years ago. Have enjoyed all packed nights. Please make a reservation in advance.
