I’m currently visiting HK and wanted some affordable sushi in the area where I’m staying. I already tried Genki Sushi earlier this week, so I wanted to try this place out. Overall, it is decent if you want some quick sushi. Unfortunately, I do not read chinese and was unaware of their 40minute maximum limit of sitting/eating at this restaurant. I went to eat there by myself and had the following experience: 1. Fish was decent. Since the«chefs» are stationed at a particular corner, if you’re not at a spot where the fresh stuff will get to you quick, you’ll have a SLIM chance of getting the plates you want. Seared salmon? Salmon belly? Forget about it if you’re in badly placed area. 2. Sanitization. THIS could definitely be improved. They reused a lot of their sushi plate lids(understandably since it’s busy), but they reuse the lids with sauces smeared on the side. Sometimes the lid will touch the raw fish and smear the sauce on the fish. 3. Service. I understand that this isn’t the US, so I’m not going to tick off too much points for this. I overheard the servers talking about needing to seat a family of 4. I was sitting next to 3 empty spots and went to eat alone. One of the girls came over and pulled my ticket out and reminded me of the 40minute limit. There were other people that came before me still eating. She said«your time is up. please go pay your bill» and marked my ticket and waited for me to get up. All of this happened while I was eating my last plate. I couldn’t help but think… RUDE. Could they not have communicated it in a customer friendly way? Like 10minute notice? Anyway, I will not be eating here again.

店內貼上一些Poster,介紹製造壽司方針,(壽司現場製作,絕不隔夜售賣)壽司每$ 3.一件,配醬料一包,用一元可加芥茉兩包,另一張宣傳介紹是(鮨)美味的壽司。 分別有三文魚,北寄貝和三文魚籽。雪櫃更有幾種魚生壽司,有花之戀,每盒有六件共賣$ 40.看來很新鮮,。此店全部是外賣,向著人來人往的電梯口有很搶眼的招牌寫著Sushi Take – out,即是帶走食品。 日本食物在香港流行了幾十年,起初是壽司,跟著是專門出售魚生的店舖,更有批發行。但自從三年前的核事故,更引起一般市民的憂慮,就是核腷射對魚產有一定的影響,不吃為妙。但有些青年人不會害怕,照食無疑。我本人保留意見,就是見一碟吃一碟,沒有什麼可怕,就算魚生有復射物質,祗會是很少份量,如果放棄食用更覺可惜。
