It’s all from Japan, the sake, the beer, and even the beer glasses! Great to have dinner here once in a while to unwind and catch up with friends. This little Japanese izakaya got it just right — the interior, the atmosphere, the chef’s grilling at the bar, the choices of beer and saka and the saka expert who really know about sake! This is my second time here, all the skewers are just perfect — juicy, seasoned in traditional Japanese way, which made a perfect pairing with sake /​Japanese beer. Last time I’ve tried the mango beer and wasabi beer, which are fun. This time we have sake, more authentic to pair with Japanese skewers. Some of the items are must try: dried pufferfish (雞泡魚乾), cheese ricecake, ox tongue, beef :)

Cosy little place! This is a Japanese sake bar serving mostly skewers. I enjoyed the chicken mince skewer with the egg dipping sauce, the Kurobata pork skewer, and okra skewer. Interesting selection of flavoured beer (mango, green tea and was about!?), and good sake selection.
