I loooooooooove Shang Shang’s 担々麺 (tantanmen)！It’s the best!!! 很好吃!! I was so sad when Shang Shang in Langham closed but I quickly discovered its new location which was still a walking distance from the original location. This is one of my «go to“places in HK, I make sure I come here whenever I get a chance. I also recommend their 小籠包(soup dumpling)
Because it’s inexpensive and delicious, it gets pretty crowded. It’s always packed but the wait time is short.
