Plaza premium lounge takes my Priority Pass which I receive from my AMEX Platinum card. This lounge has a nice little food court of its own, beverages, alcohol and a big screen TV to watch.
There are a few other areas within that are a little quieter where you can relax and take a little nap or to decompress before your flight. This isn’t the nicest airport lounge I’ve been to but it beats sitting in the general boarding area or some food court where you’ll spend an arm and a leg!

Une usine ce salon beaucoup de monde son cadre cosy né l’est pas, trop bruyant. Pas grand choix pour la presse international, le buffet juste ok, les patisseries sans plus bon Asie c’est pas mon truc.

Definitely should have booked this lounge online and in advance as it is half the price than paying upon arrival — over 50% cheaper — yikes!

There are 2 Plaza Premium Lounges in Terminal 1 the East Hall and the West Hall.
Since East Hall located right at Gate 1 so there is where most people ended up going. Maybe I should just keep this PP Lounge near Gate 35 a secret?! I would walk 15 minute just to avoid that hell hole at East Hall PP Lounge to be in this paradise.
The Lounge is much newer and well maintained! Love the huge windows that giving me the view of the runway.
Food is plentiful and clean. Hardly anyone was here during my last visit and it was just so quiet and relaxing to chill in here before my flight!
I would be back again next time when I am in HKG! One of the best Plaza Premium Lounge I have been!
