This is a great shop selling western cooking items. Similar to other high-​end cooking stores in the USA, the prices in this shop are not cheap, but the quality of the products is quite high. We recently stopped in to purchase a nice manual pasta maker (imported from Italy) for $ 388HKD. In another nearby shop in Hong Kong a similar item cost $ 730HKD, so «expensive» is relative. The staff is very helpful and gave good suggestions when I was looking for a gift. They also have cooking classes, so check out their website for the schedule.
