When HK style breakfast is your first meal after a 14 hour flight, it’s a great start to your vacation. This place was quick, cheap, clean and authentic. Your usual suspects include thick toast with condense milk, satay beef with instant noodles and spam&egg sandwich. The coffee and milk tea is flavorful.
They have this Hokkaido style scrambled eggs where they fold in the Hokkaido milk making it tamago like. It’s textured is silky and sweet, great with a slice of spam.
This is authentic HK style breakfast but a touch of modern design making for clean eating.
