Beautifully curated and designed store but the but snooty and condescending staff, especially in the beauty/​makeup department, ruins any shopping experience and means my wallet stays shut.
I cannot tell you how many times staff have looked me up and down when I’ve walked into their section (I’ve deliberately dressed up and down) — how uncomfortable!
I greatly prefer shopping at home in the US where salespeople (especially beauty salespeople!) at Barneys, NM, and Bergdorf’s are happy to help you and offer samples and extras in appreciation.
