There is no reason to go all the way to HK Gold Coast or Sai Kung for outdoor barbecue when you can get the same in Kowloon — with just 30 min ride from Central to Mei Foo MTR you can get all you can eat Cantonese BBQ and the food is even better here.
The food pick up area is clean and there’s variety of food to choose from, chicken wings (in at least five different marinades), beefs, pork, fish, veggies and etc. Some people even bring their own seafood like abalone, shellfish, shrimps for bbq as well.
We usually buy the net from the restaurant for BBQ grilling. Its more convenient to grill and you can eat even more than using the skewer.
