Itamae Sushi

Itamae offers the sushi belt conveyor option at the bar. But during our two visits, we were seated at tables. Tablets are provided at every table so you can order at your leisure. This is extremely helpful when you want to constantly add items without having to wave a staff member down. (We particularly liked it because we could order the kids’ food first and take our time with deciding what we wanted.)
The Little Guy (our picky eater) really enjoyed their Hamachi Jaw and Tail, along with their Deep Fried Soft Shell Crab. (I liked how they separated the head of the latter before deep-​frying it.)
Their jumbo scallop nigiri is rightfully described as jumbo. And we absolutely loved their hamachi nigiri. It comes with truffle oil, truffle sauce, or citron pepper — all which were super delicious. We had a bunch of other nigiri, but those were the standouts. The Husband really enjoyed their Seafood Chawanmushi (steamed egg).
Lunch specials are available Monday — Friday, until 5 pm!
They are located above Starbucks and next to California Pizza Kitchen. Restrooms require a key and are located in the mall.
