Ambiance/décor-3 Service-5 Food-3 Strikeouts-0/3 This restaurant is ok the upper floor of elements, and it looks like it’s high in demand. The layout is pretty basic in my opinion, but they are trying to go for the classy look. The service was actually the best part of the restaurant as the food comes out really quick and the response time was prompt despite being seated in the back of the restaurant. Food is definitely overpriced. The black cod I ordered is definitely only average at best. The miso soup was meh, the airport fast food does better. Overall the food for bang for buck ratio is horrible. Definitely better places to go with your money, but definitely not the worst.

We came here for Hot Pot on a weeknight and still had to wait at least an hour to be seated. The wait was worth it though because the food was delicious, I really enjoyed the beef selections and the broth was perfectly flavored. We also got some scallops and crab, which were delicious as well. I would take away one star just because the service was slow, but this was probably because they were so busy. You really can’t go wrong with Hot Pot though and this place was conveniently located and delicious.

Disappointing for the price. I was there for dinner a couple of weeks ago and thought the inaniwa udon were disappointing in quality and value for money. Perhaps my 15 years in Japan have spoiled me, but I’ll keep looking for better places. Also, the service was terrible. We were waiting to be let in for dinner and the staff let in a group ahead of us. I asked for salt and dipping sauce for my tempura and the waitress looked at me like I was crazy !
