Hong Kong Records

I wanted some relaxing music for my yoga practice to stop looking for Youtube playlists as I think I have listened to them all by now. And anyway, it’s always nice to listen to the real thing, the quality is so much better. So, I headed to Hong Kong records, because they have pretty much everything. It was difficult for me though to just go straight to what I wanted given the HUGE amount of dvd’s, music cd’s, video games and headphones and other accessories they have. So I left my yogi music for the last and started looking around for music, trying to see if they had this or that. My friend and I stopped by the TV shows section and talked about how many of those we had seen, in a competition like chat! We then went back to the entrance and looked at the new releases and listened to a couple of songs. As the guy he is we checked out the video games, but those don’t interest me at all so I decided to finally check out what brought me there in the first place.
The shop is really well organized with categories signs and different counters form information and payment. In a separate section they have classic, jazz and chill out music and there it was. I should say, they were, because they had a ton of different options: however it seemed really pricey, around 180HKD for that… I may as well wait for a promotion of keep my Youtube playlists rolling once again.
