Fusion By Parknshop

This may sound strange, but I adore grocery shopping. It’s one of my favorite activities. For me, it’s not an errand — it’s an adventure!
After hiking up to Jardine’s Lookout last Saturday, I decided to check out this Fusion as it’s located directly across from the trailhead. While Fusion grocery stores aren’t my favorite (I’m looking at you, Great Food Hall), this particular Fusion is the largest and nicest outpost of the lot. At noon on a Saturday, it wasn’t even crowded! The aisles are much wider than other Fusions, and this store was particularly well-​organized. As I made my way up and down all of the aisles, I smiled while taking in all of the choices (this is familiar territory for an American shopper; we sure love abundant selection!). The cage-​free, organic egg selection — for example — was quite satisfying. Of course, you’ll pay for it but welcome to Hong Kong.
This store isn’t walking distance from my apartment but it’s still close enough that I’ll take a cab here for future shopping excursions… it’s far superior to the one in my neighborhood so it’ll be hard to go back after experiencing the mecca of Fusions!
