Ming and Kelvin were working tonight and they were awesome. Two great young guys! As previously mentioned this place is tiny. We asked ming and he said around 400 square feet. The food was great, very flavorful. And you get to watch them make a lot of it in front of you at the bar. Clearly these two take pride in their work and really cared that we enjoyed our food and drinks. It is pricey as mentioned, but the atmosphere, service, and food made up for it. Would definitely recommend for anybody visiting in the area. courtyard Marriott and best western are across the street.

Definitely a 5 star! One of the best paella(seafood rice) that I ever had. The Jamon iberico is imported directly from Spain and is delicious. Also tried the Spanish omelette as an appetizer its spot on! Everything that I tried was delicious and of great quality. Ming the chef, is very friendly and provides great service. You definitely have to try this little gem on Water street, half a block up from the Courtyard Marriott.

I popped by in the late afternoon last week at 4pm, it was the only place that was opened that served snacks and wine — more importantly I adore tapas so to me it was a home run find. It’s a teeeeeny place, but a huge personality: The manager she’s very friendly and is always looking for feedback on how to make her place better. I ordered the mix jamon platter and the tortilla(egg). As the other reviews comments, the price isn’t cheap for what you get. The tortilla was home made, frozen and she microwaved part of it for me. The jamon was shrinked wrapped for me to take(I asked for it as a take away). The wine was a potable table wine. What was cool is that you can sit around the bar, or on tiny tables and even outside. I can see myself hanging over there having a drink and shooting the breeze. It’s an ideal neighborhood expat hangout. I hope they bring in more hot tapas and figure out a better pricing structure: But, then, it’s totally a great place to just have a glass of wine.

This place provides great jamon and tapas. We came here quite randomly and were surprised by the food quality of this low profile small tapas bar along Water Street. There are imported Spanish«pork leg» hanging at the ceiling, wrapped in black bags. Actually there are quite a lot of them as I counted… there’s quite a bit of investment here… We have ordered red wine, jamon, green pepper, tortilla and tomato dip. All are freshly made at the bar and all the ingredients are imported. The chef /waiter was very friendly that he introduced each of the dish to us, very professional young man!

I went to Club Bonito yesterday evening for some tapas with two of my sisters and a group of friends. I had met the owner at a wine fair and she invited us over to check out the place. We decided Thursday night was our tapas night, and I was very much looking forward to it because it had been a few months since I hadn’t had any Spanish food… and I had a big craving! So we headed there on the tram by 7pm. It’s a little far away from the central area, but the atmosphere there is really nice. The place itself is small but looks like a proper small tapas bar, a «tasca», where you can seat at the bar on high stools. We ordered a bottle of red wine, really nice, and Daisy offered a piece of freshly made tortilla. It was excellent, the potato was soft and the egg was running. Amazing stuff. We had some olives, cheese platter and padron peppers. It was good, and we did enjoy ourselves checking out the hams they have on display. We were offered some acorn fed Iberico ham, high-end quality — beautiful texture and aroma, and melting in the mouth. The presentation of the dish was very original, with a little candle inside which helped melting the fat even further. At that moment, I couldn’t be happier to be honest. The mix of flavours, aromas, and the chilled out conversation… I was back home for a couple of hours. A couple of other friends joined and we sat by the table facing the street. You can actually take your drink and smoke outside. Price wise is not cheap but they care a lot about the quality rather than quantity. I would recommend you check it out if you’re into Spanish food, and good quality one. I’m looking forward to my next time there!
