Worst service ever!
It was pouring rain that day and we had forgotten our umbrellas so we were pretty drenched from walking around. Luckily –or so I thought– we found this place and sat at the table closest to the host’s table. A western expat sat next to us and was served right away. We sat there for maybe 30 — 45 minutes and NO ONE came to serve us nor give us menus. And there were plenty of empty tables around.
It was so bad that even one of the servers came behind us and asked the host why we weren’t being served but he just scoffed. I made eye contact with the host several times but he refused to bring us menus.
I don’t care how good the food might be, if you select your customers based on the way they look your restaurant is not worth giving my money to.
This place is not even worth 1 star!

Food was decent but seriously questioning the service.
When we arrived looking for a table for 6, the host suggested we sit 4 at a round table and 2 at the bar behind us… And then rotate! WTF?! I think he was trying to be a problem solver but that’s one of the worst ideas I’ve heard. A simple «it’ll be a few minutes, why don’t you go have a drink at the bar» or even stand aside and wait for 20minutes would have been better.
Luckily, the manager (so he seemed) came to the rescue and offered us a standing table while we waited for a table. I think he moved a 4 person party from the 6-​person table to a 4-​person table.
Our waiter was another issue, messing up 2 orders (confusing pastas for pizzas) and completely forgetting another. One of our guest was advised there were «No vegetarian pastas». We asked another waiter who brought our wine and he instantly recommended a couple vegetarian dishes. Later in the meal, an ordered glass of wine returned an entire bottle.
The same manager came to the rescue again, offering two complimentary desserts for the issues during dinner.
Overall, the service cost a solid 1-​star, and the food was decent (although nothing to write home about). I would eat here again, but probably not for dinner — seems better after work for drinks (lot of good craft beers on tap) and snacks.

Best pizza in hongkong, if u like ham and mozarella cheese with tomato based sauce pizza, order that one! It is so good, i have to come back for that other menu just so-​so …

New place below California Tower serving decent pizza and drinks. But service was rather poor and slow. Probably still in learning phase.
Good location (they must have shelved out a bomb for the place), good pizza (arrived in 10min as the waiter said it would) but otherwise experience left one feeling high & dry.
Maybe second time experience would be diff.
