Been coming here as far as I can remember. Menu has been the same and has never changed. Basic menu that is consist of braised beef briskets, fish balls, fish cake or fried fish skins accompany by your choice of noodles. Noodles such as egg noodles, thick egg noodles, flat rice noodles and rice vermicelli. For the daring foodie enthusiast, they also have other beefs items such as beef tendon, intestines and stomach. For some that are not acquired to these type of food, you gotta try it if you wanna be one of the«local» people. Beware, there is a lot of MSG in the soup broth, but then again, not many noodles places in Hong Kong that does not put MSG in there soup broth. Please be patient as you will expect long waits during morning peak periods. They even have this mentioned in Chinese that is posted on the walls.
