I was a loyal to another CWB based Japanese owned speakeasy spot until some foodie hooked me here.
It is well known among Nihongin here. They are specialised in their yakitori and Japanese style pasta. Yes, pasta with Mentaiko sauce. The seasoning is perfect here and they like innovation.
Chicken wrapped in mushroom skewer, pork belly yakitori with mustard sauce and giant meatball (pork) are all just-​right grilled. I prefer simple salt and paper or soy sauce, but the little extra they put here can be enlightening sometimes.
They serve a few cute drinks. Hot saki is golden. Yuzu cocktail, or Choya with soda is light and goes with the meal. I am def a regular now！
