Called the Bun Kee Congee & Noodle Kitchen in English, we read about this spot in HK Magazine’s insert about places to go in the area. A bit difficult to find at first, just know it is on the ground floor of the Mei Foo Sun Chuen Stage IV Shopping Center. It is across from the little water fountain in the center. Also know, nobody is speaking English and the menu is entirely in Chinese(so bring someone who speaks the language and reads the language if you go). A traditional Chinese café, being small, compact, a touch dirty, easy food. I had noodle soup, which was good because the broth was very tasty and the noodles were springy(the way they are suppose to be!). My husband had curry over rice which was not great. The menu though was extensive and pretty decent(based on what my hubby says who can read Chinese). I kind of trust HK Magazine, so we went, but not sure if we would go again. It was absolutley not bad, but maybe just try something else. It is an easy meal, cheap and quick.
