These people have cheated me twice: first the description of the property (that i received while being outside the country, unable to verify) was completely wrong.
The room should have been in perfect condition, and in fact it had mice in the walls and the roof was leaking.
They gave me the choice to move in a different property, ok i took it.
The second time, the terms of the agreement were changed without me agreeing (a bath room was removed from usage and made private for a neighbor).

When looking for properties in Tilburg, you should give these guys a call. They are helpful, friendly, and specialise in working with expats. I was able with their help to find a place and get moved in within two weeks. They also came over after I moved in to help me fill out all the forms to get my services up and running in my name. They are very professional and I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent or buy in Tilburg.
