I started my trip with a breakfast pretzel from Starbucks at Amsterdam Schiphol airport. It was AMAZING. I love pretzels, and I love pretzel bread even more. This one was filled with prosciutto, provolone and sun dried tomato spread. Highly recommend.

Another Starbucks review!!!
Brace yourself because it is going to be the best ever… not.
There are no plausible differences between this Starbucks and any other in the country.
Same drinks, same snacks and same misspelled names in your cup.
It has a bigger sitting area because it’s close to other fast food outlets in that part of the airport.

There’s lots of other Danish coffees, which are good. But when you want a cup of Americana Joe (with a little burnt taste), there’s nothing finer.
Lots of seating with a variety: high tops with a view, leather recliners, round tables to share. A small 2 register rings it up, but other barista team members are to be sure to ask along the people in line to speed it the ordering process.
Nothing special really, it’s the Starbucks that we all come to love or hate, but it’s a nice option to pass some time.
Tip: No Wifi… really?

If you are early for your departure it is a nice spot to kill time before your flight. Comfy armchairs. One of the few food establishments near Gate D which is out in the middle of nowhere.

What can I say, I just love to have a big shot of caffeine before boarding my flight, unless it is super warm in summer, then I will opt for a cold frappucino :)
Typically this starbucks is a little bit less busy than the one in the main terminal area, so if you have some time to spare before your next flight you can also choose this one.

Thank god, Starbucks is finally expanding in Holland. The D-pier one was way less busy than the one in the main plaza, and it’s right by many of the gates for American flights! Someone mentioned the milk tastes different here. I’m afraid I’m not much of a milk connoisseur, so it tasted about the same to me. Well made drink, friendly staff.

Just decided to try a Starbucks abroad in order to compare. Being a latte drinker, I found their milk texture is different that changes the taste of the beverage. As far as customer service that was courteousness and fast. There is always a line on this location. The best part is that they accept most of the foreign money if you decide to use cash.

This Starbucks is not as busy as the plaza one and I would go always go here instead if I have the choice. I am missing the gingerbread bread and the pumpkin bread but my coffee tastes great and is perfect in all ways.
