Love bubble tea, as an American born Chinese. Was really bummed out living as an expat in Rotterdam because there was no decent bubble tea… until YoYo showed up! This place rocks! Right in the center of town, next to the university of performing arts. Nice atmosphere inside, staff is really chill. Very relaxed place, also has some outside seating.
They’ve got everything from classic HK milk tea to green tea, and they offer regular tapioca, or flavored popping bubbles. Frozen yoghurt is also great! Also has some seasonal menu items.
