Pizza Hut

It is a Pizza Hut… you know what you you are going to get… I would give it a 2 stars usually but here they are not very friendly and very very sloppy on service.

Terrible service! the waitresses and even the manager/​supervisor had a bad attitude, we had to ask twice for our drinks, we were served by 3 different people who seemed to not know what the others were doing which gave me the impression they were disorganised.
We had to wait a long time to be served our pizzas and even had to wait a while to receive an empty plate for the salad bar. We were waiting a long time for desert and by this time we needed to leave soon as we had tickets booked for a film, we informed the waitress politely that we needed to be served the desert as we had to leave.
We continued to wait a long time so we had to get up and leave in the end. This is where we were confronted with an annoyed waitress storming through the restaurant to complain about us to her manager in full view of us and other customers. The manager did not know how to resolve the issue when we told her we didn’t want to pay for the desert as we didn’t have the time to eat it now (after being there for 1 and a half hours) She told us that she could not take it off the bill as we had ordered the meal deal and if she were to enter each item into the till individually minus the desert then we would have to pay more??!
Ok this may well be the case but their till systems are not my problem as a customer, she should have the knowledge and experience to resolve this issue professionally but she didn’t seem to be able to do this. In the end we settled for the cost of 2 colas to be knocked off the bill.
Problem resolved but I can guarantee they have lost 2 customers for sure after this performance. Plus all the other people that might think twice about going there.
My advise is do not go there unless you have all night and don’t mind slow unfriendly service.
