They just opened this place. The owner of this place is no other than Michelin Star chef François Geurds. The ambience of this place is geared toward a home-​like Asian night market feel like the Shanghai night markets and Jiufen in Taiwan. This is strictly a noodle bar where the guests may pick their own noddle and assemble the ingredients the way they like it to their taste. Upon picking your own noddles, they will cook the noddles to your preference at the spot.
