Not my first choice to have a bite to eat, but otherwise, Floor is a nice place to hang out. In good weather, the beautiful garden out back offers plenty of seating, though it’s usually full during mealtimes.
Drink selection is not huge, but it’s good for a borreltje… a drink with friends. Normally, after concerts in de Doelen or the Schouwburg right next door, audience and performers come to Floor to relax and chat. Great to blow off some after-​performance steam.
Staff is polite and very professional, as well as quite attentive. During busier times they can forget your orders, but it’s alright. Better to order at the bar rather than wait for them to come to you.

Great restaurant. The food usually comes quick and the desserts are great. Futher the new interiour looks quite impressive.

I thought this place was great, we arrived during a busy lunchtime period around 13.00 and the service was fast and friendly in a lovely setting.
The waiters were professional and attentive, however when we asked for the bill our waiter did forget and we had to ask a second time but no big problem. I was just impressed the food was served quickly and it tasted good.
The scene was good for any type of lunch or dinner date from just a casual shopping trip where you can grab a nice sandwich, a business lunch or meeting. Or quite a nice formal evening dinner or informal you decide.
The menu looked great for dining at anytime of day and the evening meal selection looked yummy, give it a try sometime! I shall be going back soon that’s for sure!
