Paviljoen ‘T Twiske

Really enjoy spending time here. It’s very close to both Purmerend, Oostzaan and just a short drive from Amsterdam. You should be able to bike here from any of these locations, but by car /​scooter is most favorable.
It’s a great location to spend your spring /​summer lunches or dinners. They have a nice selection of food to choose from, but I usually go for the ‘Twiske’ burger. I’m not even going to describe it; you have to experience it!
It’s in the middle of a nature reserve called ‘het Twiske’. Should you decide to spend the day, you can: rent bikes, rent a (sail)boat, go swimming or surfing, or enjoy the view at the ‘paviljoen’.
When in Amsterdam and you have access to a car or don’t mind a bit longer bikedrive through the country, please oh please do visit!
