The ribs are tasty, but there is no difference in tastes of all those types on the menu. They just taste like ribs.

It was a horrible experience. We’ve arrived, sat at a table, ordered, and after a few minutes a waitress arrived and said that the table is reserved and that we should leave. She dind’t even offered a place at the bar or anything. Very poor experience for the first visit of Eindhoven.

C’est durant un petit week-​end détente en amoureux, à Eindhoven, que nous avons découvert le Ribs Factory…
L’endroit est assez sympa, nous avons été installés en terrasse.
Pour ma part j’ai commandé des ribs au miel, quant à mon chéri, il a commandé les ribs au jack Daniels (qui sont excellent !!).
Nous nous sommes tout deux régalés et pour vraiment pas grand chose niveau prix.
Si vous faites un tour à Eindhoven, n’hésitez pas à vous installer et à déguster, forcément, leurs délicieux ribs.

Not really smoked.
Had a large order of classic ribs (pork). Portion is sizable. Ribs didn’t seem to have been cooked in smoker. Probably oven roasted low and slow. Sauce was KC style. Membrane left on but kind of melted away from meat. Meat was def falling off bone if that’s what you like.
Pommes frites were nice, coleslaw had corn kernels in it.
Server had. Def been thru smoker cause she was smokin.
