This is a super cool location right in the heart of Eindhoven. I believe this was an old lightbulb factory or something like that. They really made this place quite appealing with its wide open concept and they positioned the kitchen/seating right in the heart of the floor which makes it extraordinarily good. This place has a sort of rustic charm and fine cuisine to complement the appearance. The cuisine was well prepared and somewhat hit or miss(pâté was ewww) with the course offerings but I would say the overall meal was quite tasty. They service was good and the bar performed solid. I would definitely recommend this place to to anyone looking for a good meal, great ambiance and a great overall experience. Pros– Location Historic appeal Bar Kitchen Open concept Service Ambiance/charm Cons– Steep bathroom steps Pâté Steak was a bit tough

From the people who brought you Amsterdam’s Hotel de Goudfazant. It’s a super cool space in the industrial Strijp-S area that’s an old factory turned into a trendy, innovative restaurant. If you think a dining experience isn’t complete without sitting next to old machinery under an industrial canopy of 20m ceilings — this is the place for you. Food is tasty and prices are fair for modern cuisine. Staff is on-point and solid service.

Food here’s pretty good, they do a very healthy modern take on a variety of cuisines. The restaurant is an old factory, which is cool, but on a warm day it can get a bit toasty inside. Worth a visit if you live in town, but not worth it if your passing through.
