This is probably the best Indonesian food I have had in the Netherlands(I have had it only once before and it was so bad I vowed never to try again). The menu has a decent number of vegetarian options and you can even order one of those ‘rijstafels’ with just vegetarian items. The service is good. I really liked that vegetarian didn’t just mean lots of tofu. They had different kinds of vegetables and rice, beans, etc. We splurged on desserts like the chocolate milk and deep fried banana that came with wonderful ice cream. Lunch was an entirely different matter, though. Don’t come here expecting Indonesian for lunch. The menu is soup and salad. The service gets slow and the quality goes rapidly southward. But then, who gets anything more than bread and cheese for lunch anyway!
