I really enjoyed my dinner at Zus & Zus one evening during my business trip to Amsterdam. Friendly staff, nice ambience, generous sized portions, even by American standards. I enjoyed the Dutch style clam chowder soup de jour, lamb chops with veggies, and a delicious ice cream dessert. Very relaxing atmosphere and good food, highly recommended.

This was probably my favorite meal during my trip to Amsterdam. I had the fish special, which today was sea bass. The meal came with salad, a generous portion of mixed vegetables and fries too. It was all really good, well seasoned and fresh. The chef came out to talk to me about my gluten free needs (I had to skip the sauce) and made a wonderful meal for me.
It’s just a few tram stops south of the Leidseplein on the #1; it’s near to one end of Vondelpark as well. Highly recommend this one!

Suprisingly a good restaurant a bit out from the center, but quite close to Leidseplein. The food is delicious, they have some African cuisine food, the portions are generous. The staff is very friendly. Recommend for a relaxed dinner
