They’ve got a strange little assembly-​line system going on here… you’re shuffled around from person to person. Which is fine, but it’s not like it’s an organized system so sometimes people get forgotten.
I wouldn’t go here for something simple like a manicure, or anything else they would consider «cheap» — it took me 2 solid hours to get a polish change because they kept forgetting about me!
On the other hand, the quality of work was good and the staff relatively friendly, so I will probably return to get a shellac mani and/​or pedi.
