Parker’s in the Rosarium is conveniently located near the Zuid As and the RAI conferencing centre, I was quite surprised to stumble this little gem whilst visiting the Amstelpark recently. Easy to reach as it is conveniently located near the A10 and RAI train station. There is ample parking space in front of the entrance. I think it took me about 5 min by bicycle from the office on the Zuid As.
Surrounded by flowers and lush green, the terrace proved to be quiet and intimate. Great for a business lunch on a sunny day.
Being a fan of aromatic foods, I enjoyed the tom yum soup. The chicken kofta was a finely spiced novelty for me. The menu offers a nice selection of both Asian and European dishes catering to all tastes. Good selection of wines, too.
Service was trim and efficient. A nice touch I noted written in the menu was the optional 1-​hr service for those who indeed are time constrained because of business hours.

Absolutely stunning!
This bar is set within a part and it is an oasis of tranquility within the net of a series of very busy roads.
You cannot help but breathe more deeply, slow down and enjoy yourself on just approaching this venue.
Once inside you are greeted by a posh eatery and a wonderfully upscale but relaxed bar with an outdoor patio on to the park.
Not inexpensive but well worth the cost, this is a stunning venue.
