So good. So creative. So much perfection in each bite. The idea behind this is genius! Take something that everyone loves then add recognizable flavors from many different cultures. It just about makes a girl speechless! I had been wanted to try them for a while and when I finally did, I thought about how strange it might be to have a dumpling with the flavors as they were explained to me… but it works wonderfully! Now, I am going to figure out when I get to have these taste explosions again!

Where do I start? I want to be one of your lucky friends that you make lunch boxes for! I will make a special trip to the Neighbour food market just to try your food again! If you did classes teaching people how to make your dumplings, I would also be in! I think anything great comes out of a passion for it and Pinch is a business of passion, grown from a hobby. Megan is lovely and charismatic lady and I’m looking forward to seeing your success story unfold. Pinch has only been going since February 2015 launched at Restaurant Day but the flavoursome food is that of a seasoned professional. My husband said they were ‘Probably the best pork dumplings I’ve ever had…’ And that’s spot on. So perfectly dumpling and Vietnamese style spring roll but they mix up what they put inside them. So we tried the Salmon spring roll, vegetarian pad Thai spring rolls — a-mazing!!, not-so-green Thai chicken curry wontons, Grindian —(Greek and Indian fusion) dumpling — a spinach curry dumpling with feta cheesy goodness and the oh soooo good Pork dumpling. I’m looking forward to trying more variations of what you do as everything was so good we had to have seconds!
