Customer service is just amazing. The front desk was swamped but they still took very good care of all their eager customers.
It turns out they don’t take credit cards and I had no cash on me. They very graciously told me to just go ahead and use the facilities and come back to pay at a later time. I couldn’t believe how accommodating they were!
The facility’s common area is super clean, relaxing an spacious. They have plenty of seating, perfect for a get together drink and snack after a good workout on the walls.
The instructor was very, very friendly and funny. He was very knowledgable and we didn’t have to wait at all for him to check our newbie knots and belay devices before we excitingly went up the wall. He was constantly walking around making sure each group of three was taken care of.
He was definitely a patient instructor! Also, since our group was mostly expats, the taster class they offered that day was in English. I’m impressed!
