My goodness, I was SO unimpressed by Amsterdam’s lack of decently priced thrift shops. This place was totally overpriced for such bland and uninteresting clothes. Belts for € 15? I don’t think so.

I am highly not recommending this second hand and consignment store. It’s located on Nieuwe Leliestraat, about a 5 minute walk from Ann Frank House in the Jordan district. I am definitely not a fan of Mooizo. I had a lot of unnecessary clothes, shoes and accessories that I was not using, but was just too fabulous to give a way so easily. Somethings still with the tags on it. I am not happy with this shop because they are amazingly unprofessional, sold my expensive clothes and could not give me an accurate price for what they sold my items for. Also stole some of my items, as well. Their administrative work is beyond unprofessional and horrible! Double check the items that they take from you, because they will document it the wrong way or shorten you. Although she is documenting it, also make sure you are too in front of her, because she will try to rip you off. I use to come here all the time and for some reason the owner tried to insult my intelligence, by cheating me out of my money and items. Mooizo in Jordan on a consignment shop level is super shady and unprofessional. Business who intentionally steal from their clients deserve to receive a big fine.
Rule of thumb, only take your items to shops that can show your account online, which means you can see online what items were sold from their shop and for how much. You can also from the beginning save on a pdf the prices that they created. I will no longer deal with business that document my things on some lame sheet of paper. How elementary is that… Why because they can always lie for how much they sold your items and lie about what you gave them. Despite this shop stealing and being dishonest about the entire situation, I tried to be as diplomatic and calm about the matter by just accepting i was robbed. My philosophy for people who steal and lie, it eventually catches up with you, so at the end no one wins from that behavior. I wish that i would have taped it all to present their true identity.
