I’ve been wandering the streets of Amsterdam for years wondering when — when is a place with mouth watering, simple, Lebanese delicacies/​street food going to appear in this city and at long last my wait is over. Manoushi lets me go back to Beirut without having to fly anywhere. Roger is a friendly proprietor with a talent for good food and a nice oven to help him make it.
My first tastes of Manoushi were zatar and cheese — of course– and I will now be stopping here regularly and my life is that much better now!
