We stopped for lunch on a drippy day and their phở hit the spot. The goi Cuon rolls and the condiments for the phở were fresh tasting. I have had more flavorful phở broth before but after you add the hot peppers and sriracha who notices the broth? The food arrived quickly but our waitress wasn’t very friendly until we paid and tipped her.

As a Vietnamese, I kinda disappoint with the Beef noodle here. Well I can accept the fact that they need to adapt with local taste, however, it’s a little bit too salty for a normal Beef noodle. The beef is a bit dry and hard to chew. However, the only bonus is the hot desert which is suitable for this cold climate. Overall, it’s a so so restaurant in my opinion.

The phở here is really good. I had the chicken phở ga and my better half had the beef everything phở. The side plate came loaded with the usual cilantro, bean sprouts, and limes, and also with some tasty(and hot!) little red pepper slices and mystery greens. The result was an amazing bowl of phở. I would definitly come back.

A friend had said it wasn’t the best restaurant and he was right. I had the lemongrass chicken satee sandwich and some rolls(don’t remember their name) and it was all bland. The chicken tasted like any chicken you might throw in a frying pan for a quick lunch. The rolls had no flavor at all. To top it off they charge for water. No, thanks.
