They have decent lingerie, and the prices are pretty good, but it’s too bad they have some pretty brain-dead people working here. They are pretty incompetent at measuring bra sizes, since they do it over clothing, which you’re never supposed to do. When they told me that the size I needed was the same as what I was wearing, which was clearly too large, it took half an hour and two different sales women to finally find a bra that fit me, 10 cm smaller than what they initially estimated as my size. And they still had the nerve to complain that I was in the fitting room too close to closing time. Well maybe if it didn’t take you 30 minutes to do a 5 minute job, then I’d be out of there sooner! I literally took the first bra they brought me that fit properly, and it still took half an hour. Every time I pointed out that there was a big gap at the front of the bra, or the underwire was sticking out to the front and would stab someone if I were to hug them, their response was«does that bother you?» As if getting a properly fitting bra was my weird quirk that they were forced to endure. It didn’t help that the first woman who helped me kept leaving the fitting room as soon as she dropped off the bras and she never came back to check if they fit ok, or if I wanted another style or color. She spent most of her time helping a woman a few doors down, and spent 10 minutes in her fitting room discussing options, but with me she barely gave me the bras to try on before disappearing again. I don’t know if she has a fear of non-skinny women(I currently wear an xl), but her attempts to avoid me were palpable and unprofessional. To top it off the second sales lady who could understand how to find my proper size didn’t understand how to use her register because she couldn’t find my hunkemoller customer card in her system. Which is a real shame, because I wish I could like this place. It just looks like it only caters to women who need a bra more for show than for support.
