First day they opened after NewYears, so veggie soups were not completely ready yet. Nevertheless the guys were very invent-full and we had a great lunch after all! So… what did we share:
* An 1 ingredient missing but already delicious lentil soup
* Great beetroot spread with bread
* Nice creamy savory leek /cheese pie
Complementary cool bottled Amsterdam tap water on the side and enough bread (which was offered a couple of times).
The interior looked great on the beautiful old Dutch stone inlaid floor, a mixture of vintage stuff reused in an original style (love the lamps).
To summarize, great food, nice atmosphere, helpful owners (and great company car ;-))!
