I made the mistake of ordering from Curry express tonight. They put a pamphlet in my mail slot and Indian food sounded good, so I decided to give it a try. The order online through their website and gave them three hours notice of when I wanted it delivered. After not seeing or hearing from them 30 minutes after I asked it to arrive, I called to ask what was going on. They acted like they never saw my order. I had to repeat the entire order again instead of him looking up my order number. Luckily after my call it arrived in 25 minutes. Also luckily for them the food had a good flavor. I got a few vegetable dishes, mixed pickles and papadum. All of which tasted all right. Will possibly try again solely because of this reason but if the order goes the same, forget about it forever. It looks like they have two or three websites when you search them on Google. Just to confuse an already confusing order system. Just pick one, please. There is also no discernible email address is on any of these sites or social media. Making it nearly impossible to contact them with complaints or concerns. Serves me right for not checking them on Unilocal first ;) I guess someone has to be the guinea pig.
