I came here with great expectations on an early morning in Amsterdam. I wasn’t wowed, but this was a cute place for a cup if you’re in the area. It’s on a corner, with windows making the interior nice and bright. When you enter, you go up the stairs and order at the little bar. You’ll place your coffee order and then pay when you’re ready to leave (if you’re getting coffee to stay versus for take away). I stayed and sat at a table (seating is limited), as there was free wifi that I used to plan the rest of my day in the city. I had an americano — it was what you’d expect it to be. There’s a little office in the bottom of the shop, which I couldn’t tell if it was for workers at CoffeeConcepts or not… it confused me and was slightly distracting to sit by.

Maybe my expectations were too high, but it didn’t really meet the bar. Nice decoration, though

My first visit to this place as its my new local coffee spot. Its a lovely building with lots of bike parking outside. There are also a few seats outside — a few small two person tables and a large wooden chair at the door. There is good access for strollers and probably other wheeled mobility vehicles. There are a few glass tables downstairs and a comfy sofa and there is a nice airy feel to this quiet pleasant place. There is nice but not too loud music and books and artwork on the walls. There is free WiFi and books and fashion inspired artwork on the walls. I was craving a flat white which they made perfectly. The coffee was pleasing — strong but hazelnutty and smoothly balanced. Very nice coffee. I didn’t ask about the blend but will next time. The large was probably 150ml for 3.70 euros but it was good coffee. They also do a selection of tea blends and had about 10 to choose from. The breakfast menu includes granola, fruit juice/​smoothies and chicken or vegetarian feta wraps.

Stumbled upon this coffee shop while in Amsterdam & I LOVED it! I came in on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn’t too busy. Staff were extremely friendly and the vibe was great! Free wifi & music was on point which is a plus.
I got an ice coffee & the spicy chicken wrap which was super delicious. Will try to stop again before I leave the city. Definitely recommend you check it out if you are looking for something not too «touristy» or busy.

One of the best coffee shops in Amsterdam!

The coffee here is very good and it’s reasonably priced. I enjoyed the art on the walls, the books on the shelves and the wifi in the air. Highly recommended after a visit to one of the nearby museums to get away from the other tourists.

Yes! Laptop friendly, stroller friendly, and coffee tastebuds friendly.
Coffee concepts has embraced what in the US for years now has been growing like switch grass; the coffee shop meant for people working from home (read: a coffee shop). This place is the right blend between homesy, business, and coffee bar. Fashionable without being hipster. Oud-​zuid without the make-​believe rich penoze.
Service is great, the owner is super friendly, and their limited number of lunch/​snacks are tasty.
My only «wish» is that this place was bigger, so there’d be more places to sit and so that these guys can earn more money faster so they can expand and make this a chain that can take Amsterdam-​working-​from-​home into the next decade.

Un café qui ressemble à un studio de designer, des pâtisseries homemade, des boissons naturelles et fraiches, le mélange idéal pour se ressourcer au calme à proximité des plus célèbres musées d’Amsterdam.
A l’extérieur, cela ressemble à une maison à l’architecture typique d’Amsterdam, à l’intérieur, un décor moderne, de joli objets design, une entreprise de marketing loue l’espace inférieur qui sert de salle de travail sous le bar qui se trouve à l’étage.
On peut voir les gens travailler, intéressant concept.
Un salon avec un petit espace de détente sert de salle.
Encore une fois un lieu agencé avec une mezzanine, qui permet de doubler la surface du café. Cela semble une habitude à Amsterdam.
Les jus de fruits pressés sont délicieux, et les patisseries maisons sont très bonnes également et à des prix corrects.
J’aimerai trouver ce type de café à coté de chez moi!

This place has great coffee, is stroller friendly and the people that work there are kind and friendly.
In the summertime their mini terrace has ample sunlight as well. Whatever the season it’s a soothing place to chill.
