This is the worst Burger King there is. Normally I like Burger King, but this one is very consistently terrible. The buns are ALWAYS stale. The quality is just terrible all around. Last time I went they gave me the wrong burger, and it had a bun that was s hard as a rock, presumably from sitting on the warmer too long. After bringing it back. they have me the right one but the bun was still as hard as a rock. I don’t know what they are doing at this place but he burgers are no where near as good as most burger kings. They’re really giving this fast food chain a bad name here.

The worst service I have experienced in Amsterdam. Gwendoline I think her name is, was extremely un-​friendly and rude. No hello, goodbye, or smile. Makes you generally feel like a nuisance. The rest of the staff at least smiled, but we’re extremely SLOW! Walking around like they had all the time in the world when 10 or more customers are all IMPATIENTLY waiting. Then mucking up orders. Also one of the male staff members (looked like a manager) yelling at the other staff members in front of the customers making the whole environment extremely uncomfortable. For a fast good outlet right by a hotel, you’d think they’d want to upkeep the reputation of the place but I almost associate the whole experience with the hotel as well which is a shame.
