When we first arrived in Amsterdam, our bnb was located just in front of this bakery. I was hungry and our host recommended this place. So we tried. I had a sandwich and a pie (one with apple and cinnamon). Both were very good and tasty.
As a tradtional bakery you can choose your sandwich on the menu or create your own. Anyway you always choose your bread (which is really good).
Like many places in Amsterdam it’s a bit pricy but still worth it to have an healthy lunch.

So glad this gem is right down the street from our house! Everything we’ve had here so far has been so fresh and delicious (chocolate croissant, croissant, etc.). We have also been impressed with the value of their pastries and coffees. We’re fans!

Hidden in one of the modern concrete buildings of the knsm island is this really nice bakery store.
Everything, including their ketchup is home made. The bread is really tasty and I can especially recommend the KNSM breakfast: fresh bread with bacon, eggs and cheese. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was surprised by their prices as most places in Amsterdam are more expensive.
Will definitely come back here!
