This is my favorite bakery in the neighborhood.
Wonderful waldcorn croissants and breads, I recommend the waldcorn, Amsterdam and procorn but i’ve never had a bad one and am looking forward to tasting many of the others.
The ginger pastries are incredible! The are several types, Small tarts, cakes and «taasjes», meaning (I think) «small bag» thats a bit like an empenada or kind of «turnover».
It’s a very friendly place and the ladies aways seem happy to help me with my Dutch. My nickname for it is the «K.A.» (kick –ass).
