Food is pretty good. The environment is ok but their service could be better indeed. I actually had two kind of awkward moments where I couldn’t decide if the waitress was having a «case of the mundays» or she was just a bit vague.
Anyway, ate here twice and tried two different burgers. Its not like its very special but its just good.

Good American kitchen with classical burgers, steaks and ribs and a decent selection of various hot dogs. (E.g. Chili dog with spicy chili sausage, beans, jalapenos and carne, yummy !!)
Remarkable selection of white and red wines and local beer from draft.
Very friendly waitresses. Reasonable prices.
Many reasons to return! :-)

We had three burgers. The Double B, the American Classic and the Mr. Big. We also had a BBQ Chicken Royal.
The burgers were cooked to perfection. Not too big and served with fries. The topping were all fine and well balanced.
The chicken burger was okay. The chicken slightly overcooked but still okay.
The cocktails, a Mojito and a Margarita, we’re not too good. It seemed they forgot the Cointreau in the Margherita and both were a little too small to our taste.
The service was friendly but still needs some experience. Slightly chaotic but the friendliness made up for it.
So all in all a nice place to get some America style food.
We went on a Wednesday evening and the place was about a quarter full.
