I would definitely recommend this gem to locals and tourists alike!
We came on Christmas Eve night and had the tasting menu which is a set 5 course meal for $ 180euros per person. The wait staff was incredible and very versatile! You want English, French, Italian they speak it all with heart and love.
Now for the food. If I could rate a 10 this would be above that! We started with a plate of bite sized finger appetizers and bread. Then a scallop carpaccio which immediately sent me to food heaven. It was laced with Italian olive oil and Russian caviar. The next dish that was brought was a creamy stuffed spinach and egg ravioli. I don’t know about you but having a perfectly cooked ravioli with warm creamed spinach and a perfectly cooked egg inside that broke when you cut into it is an impossible dish to even think can be done. But it was! The next dish was the white truffle mushroom soup and then a crispy chicken with chestnuts and egg plant. Everything was incredible. You certainly can’t stop there I recommend any desert before heading home. This restaurant deserves a Michelin star and am praying they will get it soon!

Commençons par les +
Le cadre assez chic, l’agencement des tables qui permet une certaine intimité;
Le service présent comme il faut, sans être intrusif ni absent;
La qualité du service, qui justifie en partie les prix (30 – 35 € le plat de pâtes ou de riz, 40 – 50 € le plat de viande);
La moquette au sol (si si) qui nous épargne alors le bruit des pas.
En bref, c’est calme et reposant.
Mais pour justifier un 3 étoiles, c’est qu’il y a des — …
Les pâtes maison, certes bonnes mais qui n’offrent rien d’extraordinaire à 30 € le plat. J’ai été déçue, la texture était là mais le tout manquait de saveurs.
Le tiramisu maison, qui à se vouloir créatif (17 € quand même et jusqu’à preuve du contraire né contient aucun produit de luxe) né laisse aucun souvenir impénétrable.
Alors oui, j’ai eu, gustativement, des meilleurs dîners italiens dans la capitale pour un prix 2 fois inférieur (60 € un plat, un dessert et un verre).
MAIS, on paye aussi le confort de pouvoir rester 3 heures à table sans le vacarme des bistrots branchés où on nous pousse dehors pour le service suivant.
