Très mauvaise expérience, accceuil désagréable, j ‘avais l ‘impression de les déranger ! Quant aux soins tout â fait ordinaires excepté peut être le massage des pieds. Tarifs élevés, je le déconseille !!!

I went to Paris for a short trip and had some time to kill so I found My Little Cocoon through Unilocal.The location closest to my hotel was under renovations so they were able to fit me into this location for a one hour full body massage. The location is convenient to the Metro and also in a very scenic area to walk around. The staff assisted me as soon as I walked in and got me set up in the room down stairs. It’s a smaller place but very cute. They have a nail salon upstairs and the rooms for massages were down stairs. The massage itself was good — the masseuse was gentle and not too intense, very kind about the whole process, and it was completely relaxing. My only complaint is how noisy the place is — you can literally hear everything going on outside of the room. Talking, people walking down the stairs, any other services happening. It would have been great had this not been such an issue. Otherwise, the massage finished and I was able to pay — the price was pretty reasonable too.

The Japanese girl at front desk with an ignorant attitude. First time to see in my life. Do not come here. The other girl would just stare at u for good 5 minutes without saying anything. These girls are rude as hell. Plus they don’t even take off your acrylic nails for u. They only do gel nails.

Had to wait 40 minutes for my appointment. I was there on time, and there were 2 girls serving 2 clients. When one of them freed up, instead of starting my appointment, she went to do pedicure of the remaining client. There was no acknowledgement and ignorant attitude. Very disappointing experience.

We went on a Sunday and received great service and walked out with gorgeous nails.
We scheduled reservations the day before and it was easy. The store is clean and nice, and the girls were sweet and polite. A great find~

I had 2 great massages at cacoon. They were both relaxing and beneficial. The atmosphere is nice, and the staff are friendly.

Testé dimanche dernier, car avantage non négligeable, ce salon est ouvert le dimanche, jusqu’à 21h! Sympa pour les dimanches aprèm pluvieux…
Les manucuristes sont très aimables et discrètes. Elles savent se faire oublier pour une manucure en duo avec une copine par exemple…
Surtout, les manucures réalisées sont de très grandes qualités: la mienne et celle de mon amie était parfaites.
Les petites peaux coupées, les ongles bien limés, le combo pause de la base/​pause de la 1ere couche/​pause de la 2ème couche/​pause du top coat/​gougoute pour faire sécher est parfaitement maîtrisé!
En plus, tous les instruments utilisés sont propres également, ça rassure :)
Compter 30 euros pour une manucure et pose de vernis, c’est un peu cher, mais la qualité du service est irréprochable.
