They did a pretty good job repairing my suitcase. Although, as it was not samsonite, I had to order the replacement part from America. The brand offered to reimburse me if I just send the receipt. Malles bertault refused to give me a facture, receipt or even to allow me to pay with credit card. Very shady. But the place has friendly service, does good work and sells good products. In the long run it only cost me 10 €.

Une vénérable maison, cachée au bout d’une série de couloirs, qui vend un nombre réduit de très bons bagages, et surtout qui les répare ! Service impeccable. Si vous avez eu un ennui avec une valise dans un aéroport, la compagnie aérienne vous enverra vraisemblablement ici…
