What a gem! Fabulously friendly service, good wine and fantastic food all at a great price! My friend introduced me to this place and I fell in love. The waiters are some of the nicest in Paris and a lot of fun too.
I had a side with dried meats and wine — a great place to share some pizza (which my friends had an thoroughly enjoyed) and drink copious amounts of wine whilst sitting on the sidewalk watching the passersby.
I would recommend to anyone living in the area or staying nearby as a great little Italian restaurant to have a weeknight or Friday night meal in.

J ai découvert ce restaurant un peu par hasard un soir et je n ai pas été déçue ! La carte est alléchante et les produits sont très frais. La pâté est fine et croustillante et le lieu très joli (petite terrasse sur le trottoir). Un grand + pour la charte graphique très sympa !

My husband and I were vacationing and staying right across the street from this restaurant. Our last night there we decided to check it out. It was very charming with lit candles and lanterns on the tables. I ordered the vegetarian pizza and they were very generous with the toppings which I always appreciate! The dough tasted incredibly fresh and light. It was a great pizza, about 15 euros.

I love this place! I live in the neighborhood and go all the time. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that on one or two of the pizzas I’ve had (after many visits) which have a lot of vegetables were a bit watery. Otherwise I stick with the Gina because the ham they use is amazing. The restaurant itself is very cute and an excellent addition to the neighborhood. There were already some great pizza places in the area but Le Bookie has definitely become my favorite. The recipes are creative and the ingredients are very high quality. I especially appreciate that even though it’s near a lot of hotels it’s still mostly locals dining there. I usually do take away but the times I’ve eaten there the service has always been warm and welcoming.
